Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added at the checkout according to your location and items. We offer FREE AU Shipping for orders over $89. Shipping costs range between $9.70-$15.75 for AU std shipping. International postage costs range between $15-$30.

Made to Order Timeframes

Your item will commence printing 24 hrs after ordering. Depending on how many pieces in your item/order, printing time can take 3-5 days and your order should be sent out within 5-7 days of ordering. If you need a rush order for a gift or a specific deadline, please contact us to let us know and we will do our utmost to accomodate this for you.

If you need to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours of ordering, before your order has commenced printing. All items are printed on demand so your order cannot be cancelled once your item has already commenced the printing process.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item must be un-used and in it’s original condition, returned in it’s original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

What's Included?

Our wall planters come with the wall mount plate, a set of metal self-drilling anchors & screws (no drilling required) and mounting instructions. The mounts are compatible with 3M Command™ Medium Picture Hanging Strips which are not currently supplied, but can be added on for a small additional cost.

How do I install my planter?

The great thing about our wall planters is that they are friendly for renters who don’t want to damage walls. Our wall mounts have the option to be screwed or stuck with wall adhesive strips. The mounts have dedicated inserts cut into the back of the mount for the adhesive strips to sit within, meaning when the strips are pressed together they will still sit flush with the wall.

How heavy are the planters?

Our planters are surprisingly lightweight, which is why they are well suited to the wall. They range from approx 400gms - 700gms and once planted approx 1-1.2kgs.

How much weight can the adhesive mount hold?

If you are sticking your mount to the wall with the 3m adhesives, this will support up to 5kg in weight using 3 sets of the medium velcro picture hanging strips.
