Made to Order Timeframes

Your item will commence printing 24 hrs after ordering. Depending on how many pieces in your item/order, printing time can take 3-5 days and your order should be sent out within 5-7 days of ordering. If you need a rush order for a gift or a specific deadline, please contact us to let us know and we will do our utmost to accomodate this for you.

If you need to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours of ordering, before your order has commenced printing. All items are printed on demand so your order cannot be cancelled once your item has already commenced the printing process.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item must be un-used and in it’s original condition, returned in it’s original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Material

Our planters are designed to grow your greenery, not your footprint. Harbouring eco-friendly properties, made from PLA a non-toxic bio plastic derived from renewable sources such as corn starch and sugar cane. This means they are friendly for your home and family and work with your plants to help clean the air rather than expelling nasty chemicals, toxins and micro-plastics into it.

Benefits of 3D Printing

Being able to create our planters by 3D printing, means we are only using what's required on a print by demand production model - no mass producing means heavily reducing the amount of material waste and reducing our carbon footprint. And from the little amount of waste it does create, this excess or unused material can often also be recycled or reused.

Usage

The biodegradable properties of the PLA, means it cannot be exposed to extreme heat or direct sunlight as this can degrade it and effect its longevity. This is why we recommend our planters are for indoor use only.
