Usage Guidelines

We want you to get the most out of our beautiful 3D printed planters so please take note of our usage recommendations and tips below.
If you purchase a wall planter you do receive an easy installation guide with instructions for wall mounting.
- To minimise the chance of damage when mounting, avoid over-tightening screws when installing wall mounts.
- Ensure wall mounts are installed plumb and level. This way your planters are displayed evenly when installed into the mounts.
- We’ve had great success using Ramset-style wall plugs, both the hollow-wall type (tool required for installation) and the “Wallmate” type. Of course, the final decision is up to you, depending on your walls and requirements.
- The mounts also have slots designated for 3M sticky velcro mounts. These are intended when non-permanent installations are required e.g. if you’re unable to screw fastenings into your walls. This mounting method will still sit the mount flush to the wall same as it would if screwed into the wall. We reccommend using all 3 velcro adhesives for the maximum secureness.
- Avoid over-watering! Our removable planter bases are designed as drip trays only and should not over-filled. This may lead to water leaking around the seams between planter and removable base. Make sure to check the bases every now and then and empty any excess water that has collected.
